The following terms and conditions apply to contests organised by or on behalf of Chevron Al khalij (the "Organiser") conducted digitally through various social media platforms. These apply in addition to and are subject to
any specific terms identified at any website or platform for the contest and in the event of any conflict, the terms posted at the website or platform shall prevail.
The Promotion: Every customer purchasing a Caltex Havoline engine oil change at AUTOPRO are entitled to a car wash coupon provided by AUTOPRO. The customer can choose the available AUTOPRO car wash services i.e Auto or
Manual car wash but is not entitled to the Extreme carwash service. The validity of the car wash coupon is 6 months from the issue date or June 30, 2023, whichever is sooner. The OR code at the back of the car wash
coupon must be scanned by the customer to enter the raffle draw with a chance to win an e-scooter.
All participants of the promotion must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the UAE.
The promotion is valid from May 3rd 2023 to June 30th 2023 in Dubai and the Northern Emirates only.
The raffle draws will be held once every week. The first raffle draw will be held after the end of the first week of the promotion.
The winners will be selected randomly using an automated process chosen by Chevron Al khalij at its absolute discretion. Al decisions regarding the winners are final.
Winners will be announced at AUTOPRO on the day of the raffle draw and contacted via their mobile number used in the registration.
Winners will be required to present their original portion of the coupon along with a valid Emirates ID card in order to collect their prizes.
Winners need to collect the prize from the selected AUTOPRO office. The location can be anywhere in Dubai or the Northern Emirates and no delivery requests will be entertained.
Coupons which are tampered with in any way or already used for redemption will no longer be valid.
Chevron Al Khalij holds the right to announce and/or share the winners' names on any media platform chosen by them.
Chevron Al Khalij reserves the right to cancel the promotion and/or the raffle draws or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms
and conditions.
This promotion is not open to employees of Chevron Al Khalij and all related companies and entities and any other person who is involved in the organization and conducting of the promotion.
In relation to all prizes and giveaways ("Items") and all marketing promotion and support ("Support"), to the fullest extent permitted by law, Chevron Al Khalij:
makes no warranties (express or implied) in respect of merchantability or fitness for use and no guarantees are given or implied in the quality and/or performance of the Items and/or Support:
will not be responsible or liable for any damage to property of any kind resulting (wholly or partially, directly or indirectly) from acceptance, possession or use of the Items and/or Support or the quality, safety
or fitness for use or suitability of the Items and/or Support; and
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, and consequential damages, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the Items and/or Support. Any complaints or disputes in respect of the quality, safety or fitness for use or suitability of the Items should be communicated directly to and resolved with the manufacturer
and/or supplier of the relevant Items. In relation to all Support, the Support is provided at the sole and absolute discretion of Chevron Al Khalij and the type, value and/or extent of Support may be revised by
Chevron Al Khalij from time to time at its own discretion without any liability whatsoever obligations to consult. The recipient of the Items and/or Support is responsible for the proper and legal use of the Items
and/or Support and ensuring that all necessary licenses and permits (if there are any) are obtained.
By registering for the redemption and entering the raffle draw, the customer has accepted the above terms and conditions.
